Fed's Kaplan: Fed will be patient, doesn't want to hike rates precipitously
During a Q&A session at the Stemmons Corridor Business Associations annual meeting, Fed Dallas President Robert Kaplan said that he expects a much stronger US GDP growth for second half of 2016.
