ECB leaves policy unchanged, Draghi eyed
FXstreet.com (Córdoba) - The European Central Bank decided to leave its key interest rates unchanged at its October meeting, as widely expected.
The ECB Governing Council announced that the interest rate on the main refinancing operations and the interest rates on the marginal lending facility and the deposit facility will remain unchanged at 0.50%, 1.00% and 0.00% respectively.
Attention now turns to ECB President, Mario Draghi, who will comment on the considerations underlying these decisions at a press conference starting at 12:30GMT.
